A long driveway ... House is up away from the road.

Four distinct seasons - usually a lot of snow! The county, both Benewah and Kootenai keep the 1 1/2 mile mountain road clear. This house is in Kootenai Co. barely outside Benewah.

 Home is over 2000 sq ft. A 1981 manufactured home - triple wide with an addition. 3 exit doors. .

Great hiking up hand built trail to the top of mountain.

Up the trail a ways, is a 16 x 16  treehouse that is 16 feet off the ground. It can't be seen by the house.. It's almost finished..needs the walls and roof.

4 bdrms, 2 lg both have walk in closets. . 2 full baths. 3rd bath is now a cedar sauna.

Fair sized kitchen w/ a pantry. Kitchen could use new cupboards & counter tops. We'll be replacing the subfloor in the kitchen, laundry and master bath. Dundas put a new floor in maybe 8 yrs ago, but didn't do the subfloor. A leak in pipes and now needs a new subfloor. Most pipes we've replace from the banned gray to Flex or copper.

We also plan to pain the outside of house 2012 when cooler out.

The only room with paneling now is the bedroom I use as my art work studio. All other rooms are primed and painted.

2 English walnut trees, 1 OLD apple tree and 2-3 young ones inc. Fuji, Italian Plum tree, blueberries, raspberries, marion berries, and blackberries. Strawberries in the huge fenced veggie garden.

Stick built shed 10 x 20 with 2 large doors and a new roof.

Was logged 2xs before we had it. We've owned it for16 yrs.

Morel mushroom fairly plentiful - but are there ever enough???

About 3-5 acres of flat land.. This 20 acre parcel is on a south sloping mountain.

An established huge fire pit and area. And another newer one...

Lots of wildlife: deer, elk, pheasant, quail, turkeys, bear, hawks, eagles, bats-keep down the mosquitoes, tons of singing birds, rabbits, tree frogs, raccoons occasionally.. etc.

Land is up a mountain with only 4 other properties past us, then the road dead ends. Most here have 20 acres with a couple of the 10 properties with homes on them have 10 acres.  Everyone watches out for everyone else here & keeps an eye out. At the top of mountain, property meets a 400 acre property/home parcel. To the west and east are 20 acre neighbors. In front is the county road ..

The well  house has a new roof and a new pressure tank put in by Jock's Plumbing, St. Maries. Also, new insulation
